The Bledsoe Health Trust Administrative Office is managed by Northwest Administrators (NWA), the third-party administrator for the Bledsoe Health Trust. Contact the Trust Administrative Office to:

• Enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Active Plan coverage.
• Add or drop dependents when your family changes, for example, through marriage or divorce. 
• Apply for Accident and Sickness Weekly Income benefits.
• Learn about and enroll in self-pay coverage through COBRA.
• Learn about and enroll in Retiree Plan options.
• Update your mailing address, phone number and email address.
• Change payment information (for COBRA and Retiree Plan participants).
