Test Your Benefit Smarts

Question

What should you do if you get sick or injured while traveling?

  1. Find a Regence in-network provider to keep my costs down. Create an account and log in on regence.com to find providers, urgent care clinics, and hospitals in my Plan’s nationwide network.
  2. Have a virtual visit anywhere in the U.S. at no cost to me! Schedule an appointment for care on MDLive.com/regence-or.
  3. Call my primary doctor’s office for a telehealth visit. (I’ll pay the office visit copay.)
  4. If I’m in a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency facility. Then call the number on my ID card if I am admitted.
  5. If I’m out of the country, call the Regence BlueCard Worldwide Service Center at (800) 810-BLUE (toll free) or collect at (804) 673-1177, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get help finding medical care. Then I’ll get detailed receipts and submit a claim for reimbursement when I get home.
