When the challenges of life impact your relationships, work or wellbeing, your Health Plan, through the Bledsoe Health Trust, can help you get back to feeling like yourself. Here are some tips to help you decide the type of care that’s best for you.

IN-PERSON CARE is ideal if you prefer to meet face-to-face in a provider’s office.

  • A medical doctor is a good place to start, if you are struggling with stress, depression, or other challenges. Your provider can rule out any physical causes and prescribe medication, if appropriate.
  • A behavioral health provider, such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed therapist can meet with you in-person or online. Log in at regence.com to search for an in-network provider.

VIRTUAL THERAPY offers the convenience of talking with a therapist from the comfort of your own home.

  • MDLIVE: There is no cost to you for live video sessions. Schedule a visit on MDLIVE.com/regence-or, download the app on your phone, or call (888) 725-3097.

SELF-GUIDED SUPPORT through videos, articles and podcasts can help you learn strategies to be mentally well, such as managing stress and practicing mindfulness.
