  • Get an app. Happify offers games to help reduce stress and overcome negative thoughts. Calm has exercises to help manage anxiety. Moodfit can help you build resilience through activities.
  • Take a quiz. Online screening is a quick, confidential way to determine whether you are experiencing a condition like depression or anxiety.
